I have found there are 3 types of people I will sponsor into my business and industry, but only 1 type usually prevails. You decide which of the following 3 listed is you:
1) They say they want it, They talk like they want it, they even sometimes act as if they want it. But lack long term commitment.
2) They enroll, they sponsor, they even build a team for a while. But lack long term commitment.
3) They say little, they are coachable, they are committed, they produce, they struggle, they produce again, they struggle, they get better. they lead, they stay humble, they prevail.
Founder Greg Provenzano says it best, time will expose you or it will promote you.
Some people believe awards, recognition, and yes sometimes financial success defines a leader.
Not true.. awards for an individual in this industry are achieved through the efforts of many. They certainly don’t guarantee character and integrity are part of the equation.
A leader understands they are part of a larger process that produces success. WIN together!! That’s what I’m looking for in an individual when I sponsor them.
I can take ANYONE willing to work, willing to pay the price, willing to get better, willing to be coachable, willing to be committed, willing to set ego to the side for the greater good and help them prosper.
The most important part of the equation is they must be willing and be an active participant.
In my career finding just 5 people as I have described above that are as committed as I, can help create a lifetime of financial freedom for them and their family. Time to start looking 🙂
So I have been really pressed in time. My time is limited now a days, but only for a short while. God had given me message after a message and I haven’t gotten them down.
